On June 12, 2025, a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed into the premises of BJ Medical College in Ahmedabad, killing 260 people. While the 15-page report offers a factual breakdown of what went wrong—particularly with the fuel systems and engines—it quietly sidesteps the pressing questions about why such failures occurred and who should be held responsible.

But by then, the situation had spiraled. One pilot was heard asking, “Why did you cut off?” to which the other replied, “I did not do so.”
